Products and availability

Zenthaya is a comfort and care gel for pets and their people. Product descriptions, sizes and prices are shown in US dollars and may change. We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example when an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

Shipping, returns and the 60-day guarantee

The Conscious Care Circle

Applying to The Conscious Care Circle does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is selective, granted at our discretion, and only accepted members are authorized to offer zenthaya. Membership may be ended by either side, and any additional wholesale terms are agreed separately.

Zenthaya is for external use only. It is not a medicine and does not replace veterinary or medical advice — see our product disclaimer. Always follow the directions on the label and on our usage and ingredients page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
