Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your destination.
• Orders above $100 ship at no extra cost.
• Any import duties or taxes for international deliveries are the recipient's responsibility.

The 60-day money-back guarantee

If zenthaya isn't right for you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of the product — even if the bottle has been opened and used. Email hello@zenthaya.com with your order number and we will confirm the next step.

Returns

• Contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you.
• Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the guarantee claim.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Let us know within 14 days of delivery and include a photo where relevant. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Cancellations and address changes

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped we can cancel it or correct the address at no charge.

Buying through The Conscious Care Circle

If you bought zenthaya from a veterinarian, groomer, boutique or specialty pet store, their own returns policy applies first. If they cannot help, contact us and we will.
